Starting in the evenings, this little stall, Eng Kee Fried Chicken Wings, does a brisk business in deep-fried and barbequed foods of all sorts, the crowd-puller being the deep-fried chicken wings. Mr. Aw, the proprietor, has been marinating chicken wings with a secret homemade seasoning for 18 years. The wings are served with fried bee hoon.
