The next stop, Commonwealth Green will make you feel as if you are stepping back in time into a typical neighbourhood shopping centre of the 1960s. Completed in 1965, the neighbourhood centre has 26 shops arranged around a quadrangle. This core remains unchanged even today, apart from the recently-built market and cooked food centre.
